1. Who operates this site

Coaching is delivered by Coach Gari, a certified personal trainer and padel coach based in Dubai. "Coach Gari", "we" and "us" in these terms refer to the operator and the coach together.

2. What you can buy

• Sessions booked on the site: online sessions (video), personal training and padel coaching in Dubai.
• Programmes and packages of several sessions, agreed with Coach Gari and paid through a secure page we send you.
• Live and group events, announced separately with their own dates and conditions.

The catalogue on the site is the reference for what is offered, in which format and at what price. A service marked "on request" is priced with you before anything is due.

3. Booking a session

• Choosing a time places a hold on it for ten minutes. The booking is confirmed only once the payment is complete. If the payment is not completed, the hold expires and the time becomes available again.
• Times are shown in your timezone; the session's own timezone is always spelled out. It is your responsibility to check both.
• You receive a confirmation email with the session, the date, the time, the timezone and a booking reference. Keep it: replying to that email is the fastest way to reach Coach Gari about that booking.
• Online sessions take place on the video link sent to you before the session. In-person sessions take place at the venue agreed with Coach Gari.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency indicated. Where you pay in another currency, the amount charged is shown to you before you confirm; the exchange rate applied is the one shown at that moment.
• Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Other methods (Aani, bank transfer, cash) are offered where available and are confirmed by Coach Gari once the money is received.
• Where U.A.E. VAT applies, it is included in the price shown.
• A booking is confirmed only when the payment is confirmed by the payment provider, not when you close the payment window.

5. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds

• You can cancel a booked session from your confirmation email or by contacting us.
• More than 24 hours before the session: you can reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before the session, or if you do not attend: the session is due and is not refunded.
• If Coach Gari has to cancel, you choose between a new time and a full refund.
• Refunds go back to the payment method used. Card refunds take 5 to 10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.
• Packages: sessions are used within the period agreed with Coach Gari. Unused sessions are not refunded unless Coach Gari is unable to deliver them.

6. Support Coach Gari.

"Support Coach Gari" lets you make a voluntary payment to the operator to support Coach Gari's work. It is a payment for that purpose only: it is not a donation to a charity, it is not tax-deductible, it does not buy a session, a package or any other entitlement, and it is not refundable except where a payment was made in error, in which case contact us within 14 days.

7. Health and safety

• Coaching is not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any training programme, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, or are pregnant.
• You are responsible for training within your limits, for the equipment and space you use at home, and for telling Coach Gari about anything that affects your ability to train safely.
• You must be 18 or older to book and pay. A person under 18 may train only with the written agreement of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the booking.

8. Liability

We deliver the sessions with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a session or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Content and conduct

Programmes, videos and materials shared with you are for your personal use and may not be copied, resold or redistributed. We may refuse or end a session where behaviour is abusive or unsafe; in that case no refund is due.

10. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We may update them; the date at the top tells you when. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.
